Reflective Energy Solutions Sales Agents generate new business development opportunities for the company. In collaboration with the Vice President of Channel Sales, agents ensure Reflective Energy Solutions maintains real-time competitive market intelligence in terms of solutions offered and associated pricing.
Initiate and implement lead-generating strategies to identify and close business development opportunities.
Ability to understand client needs and resources, make educated recommendations for improvement, and secure the relationship.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
Successful track record prospecting, qualifying, and selling directly to decision makers.
Highly self-motivated, internally driven, with the focus and determination to aggressively generate leads, pursue opportunities, and close business.
Experience working as a satellite employee, appreciating the importance of real-time communication with the home office via conference calls, webinars, on-line meetings, and remote presentations.
Preferred: A network of contacts (ex: facilities, operations, purchasing and procurement) in hospitals/health systems, nursing homes, schools, gyms, hotels and hospitality, recreational facilities, townships and/or municipalities and other large scale properties.

Familiarity with CRM Systems
